ZFMultilevel spinal canalclassifier
ZFMultilevel spinal canalclassifierIt is a device used for liquid-solid two-phase classification, where the slurry material separates coarse and fine particles under the swirling action of a conical tube, removing coarse particles and retaining fine particles. After multi-stage separation and screening, a liquid-solid mixture with uniform particles and narrow particle size distribution is obtained.ZFMultilevel spinal canalclassifierIt can be used alone or in combination with a wet grinding machine, which can greatly improve grinding efficiency and enhance product grade. Graded slurries require good fluidity.
Principle:
ZFMultilevel spinal canalclassifierComposed of a tank body and a multi-stage cone tube group, the slurry material enters the first stage cone tube group from the tank body. The slurry generates a huge centrifugal force under a certain pressure in the cone tube, and the particles in the slurry are separated into coarse and fine under the action of centrifugal force. The fine particle slurry then enters the second stage cone tube group for further separation and screening until it meets the product requirements. The number of cone tube groups can be arranged in multiple groups. When used in combination with a grinder, the coarse particle slurry is returned to the grinder for further grinding, and the fine particle slurry that meets the requirements is collected. It can significantly improve grinding efficiency and product quality.
